Wine tours are nothing without the perfect surroundings in which to indulge. Nestled inland from Newcastle, the Hunter Valley is a mere 2 hour drive from Sydney and is home to wineries, luscious farmland, art galleries, golf courses and native wildlife. On this small-group tour with no more than 16 participants you’ll taste Australian made wines at three boutique wineries, paired with a food menu to compliment every drop. Before leaving Sydney, you’ll visit the Sydney Fish Markets to purchase fresh seafood to be used in the menu and stop in the Hawkesbury region for breakfast. Your guide is not just any old guide – he is your cook as well, and is a qualified chef! We do this to make sure that the food you get to eat matches your tour and the wines you are tasting to perfection. Our mission is to make your day not just an outing, but an expedition, exploring vineyards, and experiencing first class cooking in idyllic surrounds.

Day 1
Airport pickup and hotel check-in

Our airport representative will pick you up and check you in to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight.

Day 2
Dubai City Tour and evening Dhow cruise with dinner

Depart from the hotel after breakfast at 9:30am for the Dubai City Tour. See old and new Dubai, from the man-made Palm Jumeirah to the iconic Burj Al Arab and the historic Al Fahidi Fort. Head to the Gold and Spice Souks for the aromas and colors of traditional Arabia. In the evening, board a traditional dhow for a two-hour dinner cruise along Dubai Marina with live entertainment and stunning skyline views.

Day 3
Dubai Frame tour and afternoon desert safari with BBQ dinner

Visit the Dubai Frame at 10am for a glimpse of the city's old and new sides from the 150m-high bridge. In the afternoon, head out to the desert for dune bashing, camel rides, and a Bedouin-style camp experience with a BBQ dinner, henna painting, and a live Tanoura dance show.

Day 4
Burj Khalifa tour with Musical fountain show and Dubai Mall shopping tour
The Dubai Mall
At leisure until 4pm, then transfer to The Dubai Mall — home to the world's tallest dancing fountains, an indoor aquarium, and the largest Gold Souk in the world. Ride to the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa for panoramic views of the city, then enjoy the evening Musical Fountain show before returning to the hotel.

Check out and drop to airport

Check out and your chauffeur will drop you at the airport. Standard check-out time is 12pm; late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
